What it is
Loki is a cold plunge that also runs warm. The chiller, heater, pump, UV lamp and filters all sit inside the cabinet, so there is no separate box to hide. You fill it from a hose, plug it in, and set the water anywhere between 5 and 40°C on the touch panel in the rim.
The outside is fluted, thermo-treated ash. The rim and the bath are a dark, veined finish called Desir Noir. It is built to sit outside on a deck through the seasons, and it is quiet enough to live indoors.

Where it goes and what it needs
You need a grounded socket within reach, a tap to fill from, somewhere for the water to drain, and clear access under the cabinet for servicing. Filled, Loki weighs about 660 kg, so check the deck or floor can carry it. Our delivery team brings it in on the lifting boards and sets it level.

Delivery, set-up and returns
Delivery is included on every order, anywhere in the world. We confirm the delivery date, and any import duties, with you before you pay. An installation team in your country carries it in, positions it where you want it and sets it level, and agrees the time with you first.
If it is not right, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We collect it from your door at our cost and refund you once it is back with us.
