Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for orders to destinations available at checkout. There is no minimum order value.

Delivery

Delivery timing depends on the item and destination. We will send dispatch and tracking details when available. Larger items, such as sauna cabins, may need an arranged delivery. We will contact you if an appointment or other delivery arrangement is needed.

If we cannot deliver an order to your address, we will contact you to discuss the options, including cancellation and a refund.

Import charges

Free shipping covers the delivery charge. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are separate and may be charged by your destination country or carrier. Any charges collected by us will be shown at checkout.
