The Quiet Energy is operated by SEPT VENTURES LIMITED. Returns are free under the terms below.

Return window

To request a return, contact info@thequietedition.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number.

Item condition

Please return the item unused, complete, and with its original accessories and packaging where practical. This condition does not limit your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Free return shipping

We will arrange and pay for the return shipping, including collection for larger items where needed. Please contact us for instructions before sending an item back. You will not be charged a return shipping fee.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve it. We will help arrange a free return if one is needed.
